<p><strong>About the Client, About the Project</strong></p>
<p>TQMsoft is a leading provider of training and consulting services, specializing in the manufacturing industry. For 21 years, they have been offering comprehensive solutions in quality management and productivity improvement.<br /><br />As a result of our collaboration, the brand has gained a refreshed image. We designed a new logo for the main brand as well as for its divisions: TQM Training, Consulting, and Tech Solutions, along with logos for the sub-brands: TQM Academy and Person All. We developed an entire visual identity system, a set of icons, various promotional materials, and compiled the solutions into the brand's brandbook.<br /><br />Another key aspect of our collaboration has been the design of the TQ&amp;M magazine, which the company publishes biannually. The magazine not only provides the training schedule for the next six months but also includes expert articles in which the company's specialists share their knowledge. Our ongoing cooperation has resulted in the publication of 11 editions of this magazine.</p>
<p><strong>The Story &ndash; Our Approach</strong></p>
<p>TQMsoft stands out for its high professionalism and structured approach, with a team of specialists boasting years of experience. The main goal of the project was to reflect this professionalism while maintaining a connection to the brand image already recognized by its audience. To achieve this, we focused on minimalist visual elements, harmonious layouts, and a muted color palette based on navy blue and gray. The minimalist logo is broken up by the letter "Q," whose distinctive design became the foundation for the entire visual identity system. In contrast to the brand's serious image, we incorporated numerous infographics, using color strategically to maximize clarity and understanding.</p>

<p>So far, we have designed 11 bulletins, each featuring the current training schedule organized by TQM and a collection of articles written by the company&rsquo;s experts. The first bulletin we developed underwent a complete redesign. During this process, we established the key elements of the visual identity&mdash;typography, illustration style, infographics, and the overall layout structure. In subsequent editions, we refreshed and updated selected design elements as needed, adapting them to evolving requirements.</p>
