About the Client, About the Project
We are a family of companies driven by a passion for design, comprising several distinct units: PLEO design, digital, method, and impact. Our group was established to provide comprehensive design services for brands, ranging from brand building and management, industrial design, websites, digital products, to design thinking training. The project scope covered everything from brand strategy, name and slogan creation, logo design for the family, visual identity, and promotional items, to extensive digital branding tailored to our needs.
The Story &ndash; Our Approach
We believe the success of a project depends on its authenticity. Therefore, the people and the story behind it are vital. During the design process, the story becomes the brand, guiding our direction and approach. We love great stories. Our brand name also has its own story. In 1894, Polish engineer Kazimierz Pr&oacute;szyński invented the pleograph&mdash;the first device for recording and playing films. Just like that invention, PLEO was created to "record and play" brand stories. The pleograph itself strongly inspired our visual identity. In our branding, we incorporated motifs of film strips and lenses, which focus on reality and translate it into a visual language.

Every company has its own story to tell. We know how to design it.

We are a Polish company based in Krak&oacute;w, where most of our team studied and took their first career steps. While we work on projects for brands worldwide, we remain deeply connected to our Polish roots. :)

PLEO is all about people. The quality of a project, the speed of its execution, and the ease of communication with clients all depend on the atmosphere within the company. We&rsquo;re incredibly fortunate to have a team of talented and humble Pleoanians who are eager to grow and develop continually.

The name we chose for our group originates from the invention of Polish engineer Kazimierz Pr&oacute;szyński. In 1894, he created the pleograph, the first device for recording and playing films. In our design work, like a director behind the lens, we aim to remain unseen, focusing instead on the heroes of every story.

Our group consists of four distinct entities, each with its own logo and primary color, together forming a cohesive whole. Pleo Design focuses on brand creation and branding. Pleo Method conducts workshops and training in design thinking. Pleo Digital specializes in developing web and mobile applications, websites, and other digital solutions. Pleo Impact collaborates with organizations in the charitable sector.

Each entity within the PLEO Group has its own slogan centered around building stories, yet tailored to its specific area of expertise.

The most distinctive elements of our branding are the film strip and lens motifs, inspired by Kazimierz Pr&oacute;szyński&rsquo;s invention. These elements represent us as directors, recording and replaying stories. To avoid literal representation, we have given them a strong graphical interpretation, shaping them into an abstract form.
